JAVELINA HUNTS
Javelinas, or Collared Peccaries, are very elusive game animals and a trophy found almost nowhere else in the United States except South Texas. A healthy population of Javelinas reside on Rancho Tres Hijos giving the avid hunter a new experience to look forward to. This interesting game animal only produces one to two piglets per year, and as such we limit the harvest to one Javelina per hunter. Javelina hunts take place from standard blind / feeder set ups, as well as over earthen stock tanks during summer months. These hunts are available year around and any legal firearm and archery are permitted.
